You should listen to the main principal that when the false is seen as false and the false is actually experienced as false then that state is Freedom. One who holds in his heart the meaning of the teachings of Sadguru becomes worthy of freedom and he again and again listens and meditates on the teachings. Actually, where the observer and the thing observed are dissolved, there is neither attention nor inattention. That is the state of Atman which is freedom. One must remember, where the concentration and the meditation both end and the idea merges into the thing, which is beyond the imagination, then only the Brahman which is the most subtle state of consciousness remains. By the Discrimination the false attachment of the one who is unattached, the identification of the body of the one who is beyond body and the impediments of the one who had actually no possession, were removed. Also, the mirage of the worldly life is dried up. The bondage which was false was released and that which was having no birth or death was Liberated from the suffering of birth and death. The illusion being a Jeeva has gone and there was Realization that we are the Brahman and by the teachings given by the Sadguru the true Sadhaka is liberated. When the teachings of the Sadguru were understood, then the four bodies were discarded and there was constant contemplation on the Reality within. Actually, you are the Atman, who are separate from all the four bodies and ego which is the cause of birth. One who has this understanding is Liberated by the Knowledge. One who has Self- Realization is Truth itself. He is the Supreme Reality itself, but ignorant takes him to be a man. The Self-Realised person is completely satisfied by the understanding and has become Atman through constant Discrimination.
