We must realise that ignorance is the cause of all our sufferings, and if we remove this ignorance with the knowledge we get back to our true state of Brahman. To experience the State of Brahman, abandon the delusion that there is happiness in the sense objects of the world and give up your constant efforts to obtain them. Realise the truth about yourself and hold on to it permanently. Try to be in that True State all the time. The State of Brahman is free of upadhis, and it is the natural fundamental state of everyone. Also, it is the ultimate resting place. Suffering is caused by ignorance, ego, desire, aversion, and cravings. The ego is the main obstacle to experiencing the Bliss of Atman. If ego and all that go with it are completely removed, the Bliss of Atman will manifest itself. To accept what is Real, one has to reject what is unreal. The two important aspects of the Spiritual Practice are the rejection of what is not real and the acceptance of what is real. Know that you are Brahman and you must live as Brahman, then you will live full of glory as the All-Powerful Supreme Self, Paramatman. If you fall into the realm of illusion, you will not get peace, and you will only have anger, attachment, pain, and sorrow. One who is aware of the unity of the devotees and the Supreme Self, Paramatman, by the grace of the Sadguru, realizes Brahman. The Devotee, who is united with “That (He)” will not remain separate, becomes That He only.
