You must know that you are Pure Consciousness, in no way are you related to activities like seeing, imagining and knowing. When awareness is in respect of certain things, it is qualified awareness. But in the unqualified state there are no objects and no awareness in respect of objects. Actually when all thoughts subside, the undifferentiated awareness which remains is you . You are THAT ( He) . Thus, from your own experience you find out for yourself that you exist all the time as Pure Awareness , also you are Pure Consciousness. The Knowledge exists prior to thoughts. When thoughts arise knowledge takes on the role of a witness , and when thoughts subside, it remains all by itself. If Sadhakas takes notes of this aspect, secret of Self-Realization will be laid bare. The name,form,body and mind are all unreal and only the basic experience, consciousness is real. This basic experience is the Atman and is Reality. Sadhaka must imbibe that the world is only an illusion. One should give up all desires and expectation about the world and turn his attention firmly towards the attainment of the Reality. Truth is that the Supreme Self Paramatman is within you. Experience to That, He through Knowledge and Dispassion and keep on experiencing the Bliss of the Atman all the time.
